THE STORY BEHIND MY APPROACH
It started with my own experience.
When I first explored aesthetics in my early 30s, I expected to leave feeling refreshed. Instead, I was given a list of things that were supposedly 'wrong' with my face - and offered treatments to fix them.
I left that appointment feeling worse about myself, and I’ve never forgotten how that felt.
It’s one of the reasons I do things differently now. I’m not here to inspect your face and find problems. I’m here to listen, understand what matters to you and help you make choices that feel right.
Natural is, to me,
looking good for your age,
not looking 10 years younger.
I want you to look good for 45.
I don't want you to look 30.
MY MEDICAL BACKGROUND
The medical experience around the aesthetic eye.
As a registered mental health nurse and independent prescriber, I bring over 16 years of clinical experience to aesthetics.
My nursing background, including crisis and high-risk clinical work and leadership roles - taught me to assess, question, listen carefully, and manage risk. Skills that are essential for safe, effective treatment.

MY APPROACH IS BUILT ON THREE SIMPLE PRINCIPLES
Every treatment starts with the same priorities: keeping you safe, making decisions based on evidence, and looking after the health of your skin.

SAFETY FIRST
A thorough consultation, full medical history, careful prescribing and strong anatomical knowledge all come before treatment.

I never rush, and I never assume. Your safety comes first at every stage.

EVIDENCE-BASED
I only use treatments and products I genuinely believe in.

That means looking at the research, understanding how a product behaves in the body, considering medications and health conditions, and thinking beyond the immediate result.

SKIN MATTERS
Healthy skin is the foundation of good aesthetic results.

Injectables are only part of the picture, so sometimes the best place to start is with your skin rather than with treatment.

PERSONALISED CARE, ALWAYS
I never use a blanket approach.
Every face is different, and every appointment starts with what’s right for you.

I look at your anatomy, skin, medical history, lifestyle, previous treatments and what you actually want to achieve before making any recommendation.

That means I might adjust a dose, change the treatment plan, suggest a different route entirely - or sometimes advise doing less or nothing at all.

The goal is never to follow a formula. It’s to make considered decisions that genuinely suit you.

The part I love most isn't the injecting - it's the people. Building long-term relationships, being there through milestones and helping you feel your best, in your own skin.
